Note: Parish supporter tuition rate applies to families registered at Sacred Heart and who have completed a Parish Supporter Form (PDF, 140 kb). This form must be signed by the pastor and returned to the school.
Note: If the total annual tuition is paid prior to September 15th, a 5% discount will be offered. Tuition may be fully or partially tax-deductible.
Help to meet tuition requirements
Should there be financial difficulties meeting tuition rates, arrangements can be discussed with the school (there is also a special fund for assistance for those meeting funding guidelines). A Catholic child will never be turned away due to finances. For more information, please contact the pastor at 250-398-6806 to discuss this matter confidentially. Deposit
When registering we require a $100.00 deposit on tuition. This deposit will be deducted from the annual tuition.
Supply fee
There is a $50.00 supply fee per student per year to help cover the cost of school supplies provided by Sacred Heart School. This fee should accompany the registration or re-registration forms.
Pre-authorised debit form
We encourage families to take advantage of pre-authorised debit for tuition payments, in which your monthly tuition will be deducted automatically from your bank account. You may choose a 10-month plan (September to June) or a 12-month plan (July to June) to reduce the monthly amount. Please note the $100.00 deposit will be deducted from the annual tuition before the monthly rate is calculated. Debit dates are on the 5th or 22nd of each month. You may call the school office to confirm the monthly tuition amount and debit dates.
